We have visited The Crown Inn on a number of occasions for lunch. The quality of the home cooked food always impresses us and with the lunch time '2 meals for £10'(Monday-Friday), its great value for money! We look forward to our next meal.

We visit inbetween christmas and new year with our 2 boys.The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, the food was of a high standard and reasonably priced. The bar maid was friendly and patient with our boys. A totally brilliant experience and would reccomend it to friends and famliy and will be comimg back for another visit!!!

Visited the Crown Inn with our son,daughter in law and 2 grandchildren who live in the area for lunch . Very pleasant surroundings and lovely food . Nice kiddies menu and baby changing facilities . Relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. Thanks.

7 of us visited The Crown Inn at a busy time on Sunday 27th November without making a prior booking. We were looked after well, quickly found a table and enjoyed a good value meal. Very impressive!

Visited a couple of weeks ago on Friday night. Excellent atmosphere and the food was fantastic both in its content and quality(4 meals all as good as each other with nothing to fault on any of them). Definitely on our list of good pubs in the area to re - visit when out for a meal.

wow where do i start we first went for a meal about a month ago now, it was a very friendly atmosphere very busy and the food was excellent the service was great and the pub was loveley inside and out. a few week later we called back and it was quiz night we chose a different meal each and again it was lovely, we stopped and did the quiz and also for the play your cards right well recomended and the packet of crisps we won topped our night. thank you for two amzing nights and we will be visiting again, cheers

We hadn't been to the Crown for a long time so decided to see what it was like now. We found the food to be very good and excellent value for money. The service was friendly and efficient. We would recommend the Crown to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend came across this fabulous pub 2 weeks ago by accident when we were looking on the internet for somewhere we could go to eat locally. Wow, your website does not do you tradionally beautiful pub, your warm and friendly staff and your absolutely delicous food! Yummy and we will definately be coming back! Was truley delicous, we feel like we have found a gem of a pub :)

My husband and i went for lunch to this fab pub, must have been 10 years since we last wemt, but we were not disappointed, fab food, welcoming staff, we well be definatly returning

first visit, lunchtime friday 16/9/11 good clean surroundings. good friendly service. my wife and i called in for lunch and she went for the roast beef and i had the steak pie on the two for £10 deal. well all i can say is wow, i have had steak pie up and down this country and this was one of the best, a little more gravy would have been better but i cannot fault it my wife was more than satisfied with her roast beef and we will be calling again..

We had the most wonderful steak pie meal today it was well presented very good food staff excellent surroundings excellent we will be coming to visit again with relatives from Cornwall to experience your lovely food and surroundings well done would tell everyone i know to come and try your wonderful food

Visited the Crown 12.8.11. It was our second visit after a great meal a couple of weeks ago. A bustling and friendly pub. The food was piping hot and great flavours. Good value too. The waitresses attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The Crown is now our preferred local pub. Well done to all the staff and management.
